CoinCorner Checkout is a simple bitcoin solution for any business looking to accept bitcoin payments. If you own a business (or know somebody who does!) and want to accept bitcoin, get in touch!

Bitcoin is often described as the native currency of the internet. However, it is also ideal for in-person payments in shops, restaurants, and bars. Accepting Bitcoin in-store with CoinCorner is incredibly easy. Here’s how:

Step 1: Register for a free merchant account.

Step 2: Find yourself a compatible device.

If you have a smartphone, tablet, or any other device capable of running apps, then you already have the necessary hardware to accept bitcoin payments!
NFC-enabled devices are preferable (but not essential) as they allow you to accept contactless Bolt Card payments.
Compatible smartphones can be purchased for as little as £100.

Any device capable of running apps can be used to accept Bitcoin payments

Step 3: Download the CoinCorner Checkout app — it’s available on both Android and iOS.

We’ve made sure that our app is extremely simple and intuitive to use.

Step 4: Login to the app and start accepting bitcoin payments!

Enter the price (in GBP) and order details (optional), then allow the customer to tap with their Bolt Card or scan the QR code to pay. A green tick will appear within a couple of seconds to let you know that the payment is complete.
