CoinCorner Checkout is a simple bitcoin solution for any business looking to accept bitcoin payments. If you own a business (or know somebody who does!) and want to accept bitcoin, get in touch.

One question we get asked a lot is: How easy is it really to create an invoice for our customers to pay in Bitcoin? And the answer is, really, very easy indeed.

Login to your Merchant Dashboard and you will be taken to the home page where you will be shown an overview of your account. From the left hand side of the dashboard select Checkout, then Create Invoice.

Next, select the currency (GBP or EUR) and enter the total amount you wish to invoice for and click Continue.

This next screen (shown below) will allow you to enter important information you need to show on the invoice to your client:

  • Order ID — For example an invoice reference number. If you leave this blank we will create one for you.
  • Item Code (optional)
  • Item Description (optional)
  • Next up, you need to choose if you would like to send the invoice directly to your client or to generate a link.

If you choose Send Invoice via Email then you will need to enter the client email address into the box. Click send and you’re all done! We will email your client a copy of the invoice with the link for them to pay.

If you choose Generate Invoice via Link, you will be given a link to share with your client however you choose.

When the client clicks on Pay Invoice we allow them 10 minutes to checkout, in which time we take all the risk involved in any changes to the Bitcoin price.

And it really is that easy!

All the orders you have made will be shown on your homepage. The counts will show you how many are completed, pending, refunded and cancelled.

From the very bottom of the page you will see all your recent orders. Use the three dots on the right hand side to select more information about any of your previous orders including viewing the invoice or cancelling pending invoices.
